How do you ship ice cream?
Our craft ice cream is shipped via UPS next day air. Orders ship out on Wednesdays of each week. Order cut off for shipping each week is Monday at 7 am.
Do you have a local pick up?
We have 3 physical locations or you can pick up from one of our growing list of stores that carry our craft ice cream. Visit our locator page to find a location near you.
Do you have Vegan offerings?
We do! Check out our available flavors.
Can I give ice cream as a gift?
Certainly! Fill out the recipients information in the shipping address. Please be sure that the recipent (or someone at the address) will be available to collect the shipment on the day of delivery. We will not be responsible for shipments returned, rejected, or not collected on the day of delivery.
Do you take flavor suggestions?
We are always open to new flavor ideas. You can email your flavor idea to info@browndogcreamery.com.
Where can I get a scoop of ice cream?
Check out our locator page. It will show you all the locations that have Browndog ice cream. You can even search by pints or scoops. If you know of a store that should carry our ice cream it's best to ask the store manager. When customers request products it is much more effective than if we approach the store.
What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any order once it has shipped. There are no refunds on orders that have been attempted for delivery and then returned or declined by the buyer or recipient.
If you received your order on the day of delivery and there are issues with it, please take photos of the box, packaging and ice cream. Email us at info@browndogcreamery.com. Please attach the photos to your email. We will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No Our packages don't require a signature - this is to make sure your ice cream doesn't get shipped back. If you're not home at the time of delivery, your package will be left outside your door. We strongly encourage you to unpack your pints as soon as possible to prevent unwanted thawing. We will not be responsible for thawed ice cream not collected and unpacked on the day of delivery.
How do I handle the dry ice?
All of our ice cream is shipped with dry ice in a separate box within your shipment. As you are opening your shipment, remove the dry ice box. If the there is still dry ice in the dry ice box do not open the dry ice box and DO NOT TOUCH the dry ice. Leave the dry ice box sealed as it arrived, and put the dry ice box outside (or in a garage) so that the dry ice can naturally dissipate. Ensure that children or pets will not be able to access the box. We will not be held liable for any damage caused by improper handling of dry ice material.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We do not.
What kind of packaging do you use to ship?
Almost all of our shipments are shipped using Green Cell Foam. They are made with 100% all-natural, non-GMO US grown corn, helping to reduce Greenhouse Gases, landfill waste, & more. It is compostable and dissolves in water.
Do you have a membership club?
