SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders on Tuesdays only. Your package will arrive on Thursday.

Orders must be placed by 12pm est on Monday to be shipped. All orders in after 12pm est on Monday will be shipped the following week.

We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O.

Shipping ice cream is extremely expensive, due to the cost of warehouse labor, the cooler, dry ice, and expedited shipping. You can eliminate the shipping cost by convincing your local store to carry Browndog Ice Cream!

If you are not home, FedEx will generally leave the package for you at your door. Since our pints are packaged in a cooler with dry ice, it will remain cold until you get home later that evening. Only place your order if you know you will be able to accept it that week. We will not be responsible for orders not collected in a timely manner.  If you have any special delivery instructions, please include them when placing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
